“Nice clean place to stay”

“A great location for a stopover to or from Halifax Airport if heading north. Easy to find in a quiet location. Large comfortable room, clean with all you require. Bar/restaurant a little dated but pleasant staff and quality quite satisfactory. Welcome voucher for 2for1 draft beer or wine was good as was the 15% food voucher. Overall very good value for money. Would recommend this hotel”

“The room was clean and the hotel was in good shape. There was lots of parking but it did take a while to get there from downtown Halifax. It was about a 25 minute drive but it was raining. The bed was comfortable and although the room was a little dated it was fine. It even had a pool but we were only there for the night.”

“The staff at breakfast were very friendly but the room was very musty/moldy/smoky smelling. One of the two beds wasn't very clean. There were three chairs piled in the corner of the room for some reason. The beds were very soft. Washroom floor wasn't very clean. There was no where to hang your towels. Cheaper than most places in the area but significantly less nice, maybe for $100 less than some of the other places you could over look the state of the rooms but for $30 to $50 less just spring...
