“WARNING!!
This hotel does not accept name changes. So if your booking website frigs up, you’re screwed and out lots ofbucks plus cancellation fee that you didn’t even cancel. We showed up to the hotel and there was a mix up. My name on my booking was wrong. I asked if they could change it and was told I had to contact Expedia. Getting through to them was a joke. So I’ve got a whole other complaint about them. Anyways, Expedia said they could change my name. They called the hotel, but the hotel...
