Motel in Nova Scotia

“Very outdated decoration, all the furnitures look like from the 80s and not in a very good condition. They should renovate extensively to keep up with the modern world. The carpet in the room was also very old and looks dirty. The bathroom was clean enough, one positive thing is that they have a complete kichen setup inside the room including stove, sink, freeze, microwave oven, toaster, utensils etc. which is quite rare in motel rooms.”

“While the host was very nice and helpful, the place certainly needs heavy renovation in every respect (worn-out furniture, lose fittings, broken parts here and there, etc.). The online pictures are deceiving as the reality looks quite different. The price which we paid is by no means justified for this motel.”

“The kitchen is not fully equipped. The coffee maker doesn’t work. Staff is absolutely amazing and very accommodating especially with pets. Thank you”

“Pleasantly surprised how nice the room was. Not what I expected at a roadside motel. Nice chairs out on the deck which had a lovely view of the lake. Breakfast dining area was very nice, food was just okay . Would stay again if we were in the area.”
