“Staff went out of their way to give us a brown bag breakfast even though it was the weekend because we had to check out at 4:00 a.m. the renovations made it a little less comfortable and the hockey teams that were there were kind of noisy in the halls until around midnight and took over the pool area all evening but staff were great and the room was good.”

“When we arrived late Friday it smelled clean And looked clean till we woke Saturday and there was Little bugs (picture of just one bug tried to get as close and clear as possible)all over the bathroom/toilet stains or something all over the sheets, leg was broken on the bed they tried to duck tape it together. Toilet top was broken and a big crack going down the side. Staff was easy to deal with checking in. Was nice having the little kitchen.”

“Clean room. Early check in was accommodated. Very friendly staff. It was a busy week at the hotel with hockey teams and march breakers but the hotel staff were excellent. ”

“Gracious and wonderful hosts. Beautiful lake views and convenient location. Clean, quiet and very comfortable stay. Great breakfast spread, they took care of our dietary restrictions. Thank you. ”

“Breakfast could have updated more. Not the best I've seen. Everything else was average & as usually. Have stayed here a number of times and have always felt comfortable. Going through some renovations so that added to the confusion.”

“Overall a decent hotel, and grateful for a kitchen due to traveling with celiac. Bed was comfy and pull out wasn't too bad, pillows were not great however. The TVs were outdated and didn't allow streaming using my accounts so this was very disappointing. Breakfast was good, although my husband tried more than me due to being gluten free. ”

“Parking was 1/5 .desk front rude and theating .hotel was vary noisy and people around my van.the desk clerk did not have any idea where we could get somthing to eat.he was a vegataian .”
