“My husband and I are in our 70’s so the apartment presented some challenges but it was a wonderful place to stay. So clean, close to restaurants and sights. The bathroom up stairs has a clawfoot bathtub which was hard to get into (really need a step stool ). I would recommend the apartment to younger adults or older adults without mobility issues.”

“Sophie, our host, was amazing! She has thought of every little detail which made our stay truly feel like our home away from home. Her property is right in the center of all that is beautiful, all that is community, all that is right about Elora! And yet when you enter and close the door behind you, or sit in the gardens, serenity and beauty are the first emotions you feel. She is an absolutely wonderful host and we will be back for sure! “It was a beautiful apartment, just like in the pictures. Check in at the reception at the main entrance easy, chip received. If you arrive by car, there is free parking in the underground garage, just give the landlady the license plate number by phone beforehand and you can drive in without any problems. Very nice landlady, everything was clean, very cozy, great view. Anytime again.”

“The host was very communicative and walked through the process. The apartment was very nice and modern. The curtains could be a bit darker but that’s the only complaint (which is minor). The building has a parking garage but it was full. Other than those two things I’d recommend this place. ”

“There was no bottle opener. The A/C was horribly noisy. The windows were filthy. The bed was awful, like sleeping in a trough. The stairs are steep and not appropriate for anyone with mobility issues. No TV instructions. The room was clean.”

“Horrific 'apartment'. The carpet is filled with stains when you walk in. The surfaces were all dirty with grime and seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in months. There were stains on the pillow inside the cover (some of those stains were orange/yellow....eugghh). That's why for the ENTIRETY of my stay (I left 2 days early because I couldn't stand the place), I slept on the couch because the bed was so unclean with old stains etc. Even the couch was unclean with the arm rests carrying stains...
