“Every thing was fine, except the emails from VIRBO didn't load properly on my tablet so I had to ring the door bell to gain access. I feel this property needs a hand rail down the outside stairs, for added safety. ”

“A co worker and myself stayed here for our out of town job. With the renovations, two bedroom kitchen and separate entrance this was the perfect place. Beats a hotel room any time! Also our host was quick to reply to any of our questions. If we are ever in town for another job we are definitely booking here again.”

“Great condition and very nice setup for a basement. I would, however, mention that several of the plugs in the kitchen do not have power. Additionally, the cell connection in the basement is inconsistent, and the closer you are to the kitchen, the weaker the connection becomes. The lights at the side of the property are currently solar powered and therefore are hit or miss whether they will be working in the evening. It was a nice place to stay overall.”

“We were there watch our kids compete in the Toronto World Cup. This place is a little far away from the Pan Am Center with traffic but all the hotels were booked. We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very responsive. I brought a couple of things to his attention and he made adjustments right away. We appreciate your hospitality and thank you for all your food recommendations!”

“This was the perfect little downstairs apartment for my spouse and I! Located in a quiet neighborhood, with a parking spot right out front. It was easy to get on the freeway, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, and a quick drive to downtown Toronto. Our host was quick to respond to all messages and checked in on us during our stay. We would gladly stay there again!”
