“Everything was great, my only feedback is there needs to be more towels, paper towels, and dish towels, and bedding for the sofa couch. Thank you!”

“This property is in a great location, within two-blocks of the WE-GO bus stop that takes you to Niagara Falls attractions. We found the property clean. The breakfast provided us with a variety of food items that we enjoyed including fresh fruit and items accommodating a non-dairy diet. The host gave us the option of when we would like to have it delivered! The host was good at communicating with us before and during our stay. We visited during July, but the unit was kept cool by several...

“Beautiful large well appointed vacation home with spacious kitchen, dining and living rooms, a sunroom which became the children's hangout space, a games room with pool table and pingpong table, and decks on three sides of the house . More than adequate space for our family group, which included 21 people ranging in age from 22 month old toddlers to grandparents in their 70s. Canoes and kayaks were a welcome feature. All in all, a memorable family vacation .”

“Enjoyed our four nights at Wintergreen (#5). Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of space for six people. Exceptional location only a 5 minute walk to the Village. And, at least for our last-minute booking, good value.
That said, be prepared to spend $50 extra on third-party rental insurance (or $14 to decline) and to provide the type of information you'd typically need to check into a hotel.”

“The pictures on the listing were different than what we reserved. It was actually a different house. We booked a listing that has 9 bedrooms because we were 15 people, but the actual house was 4 bedrooms. The host also just informed me on the day of the booking that there will be people living in the basement, which was also not on the listing. The host said he cleaned the house, but the house was in a bad condition.
We asked the host to resolve this problem, but the host just told me that it...
