“The staff was not willing to talk to me or work with me on a specific issue I was facing. I never was able to get through when trying to call the number. 100% lack of communication.Nobody is responsive by phone or email. Dont stay here.”

“The hostess was great, the breakfasts were ample (large helping of fresh fruit salad and breakfast casserole) plus lots of coffee. When Diane found out that one person had a gluten allergy, she quickly prepared a substitute for the casserole. The rooms were very pleasant and air conditioned.”

“The towels were not white and the basin in the bathroom had black dirt around the ring, also the floor of the shower had black and brown spots looks like mildew and dirt. I am very particular with bathroom cleanliness so I noticed. Overall it was an ok stay but our room was very small and the fan was close to the bed. Trish was very nice and accommodating and the breakfast and coffee was great.”

“Was a little warm in the room at first with only a ceiling fan, but then our host, Sunny brought in portable room air conditioner. Was great after that. And the breakfast each morning was yummy . Our host was very sweet and accommodating! Would stay again.”

“This Bed and Breakfast is a wonderful stay. The rooms are very nice, the bed is super comfortable, the homemade breakfast was delicious and Sunny was absolutely delightful as hostess. Everything was very well communicated and easy process. It is such a short drive down to the falls and very convient location. The free parking is a huge bonus too!!! The breakfast time was a cool opportunity to meet the other guests as well.”

“We had a great stay here! Perfect location to explore the Niagara area and access the WEGO bus. It is also very close to the views of the Niagara river. We were provided a fruit try upon arriving and had access to bottled water, coffee, and yogurt in the dining room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood quite. Highly recommend. ”
