“you could rate this place a 2 or a 5 star. 2 if you need clean modern place. 5 if you want to see freighters go through locks. Room is dated n weird smell. The place is pretty old. Also can't check in past 10 PM. Big plus which is from balcony you see freighters go through locks. If you want to drink a beer n see freighter going by this is the place for you.”

“The laundry is not easy to use. You have to download an app on your phone and sign up with all your personal information including a credit card information. Then you have to pay $5 to get a card and deposit some money. Only After all these trouble works, you could pay on the washing machines. But the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The front desk lady is so patient and helped me solve all the problems. She is just great!👍👍👍”

“We had specific issues because of the age of the room. The toilet was very low, was not tight and rocked and would not fill properly. One of the bedside lights which was hardwired would not stay on. Wiring issue? We were advised to ask for a newer room.”

“Great location! There is a little electric cart that takes you up and down from the Hotel to the Falls. The restaurant food is very overpriced in my opinion. The bed was pretty comfortable. Only thing is that the bathroom floor needed more cleaning but over all the room was clean. The housing and front desk are very efficient. They answer the phone and come when you call. Thanks! “The property is 6 cottages within a separate resort. The resort for families is great. Falcon Cottages are not. We were put in a filthy cottage basically a mobile. Stained couch and dining chairs, broken blinds. Dried up food down the back of the counter and chairs. I went to use a baking pan only to find it full of grease. Windows dirty, the bathroom floor was all chewed up and covered up with a mat. BBQ looked like it hadn't been cleaned from last year and toaster didn't work. I swear we...
