“Trish was very attentive and the breakfast was delicious. The table was set for royalty. The ambiance was charming. On the outside patio one could view birds, chickens and flowers. This was truly a great extra special place to stay. I would highly recommend staying there. It adds to the charm of Niagara on the lake with the beautiful Ravine winery within walking distance.”

“We love this place! It was our second stay and we will be coming every year with our family. It’s super cozy, easily fits the 7 of us, nicely contained so children can’t escape the property, has a great pool that’s warm, a splash pad and a basketball court. It’s also really close to Niagara on the lakes main road. Great staff and great manager! Whenever we go we always wish we booked longer.”

“Check-in and out was effortless. Room, lobby and hallway was clean. Staff friendly and nice. Great location and easy to find. Most NOTL accommodations are vastly overpriced for what you get, so it was a refreshing change of pace to find this gem that charged a fair rate.”

“The only thing we utilized was starbucks which was fabulous. TGI Fridays was terrible, my chicken was over cooked, dry. the wait staff was excellent and brought me something else, potato skin from appetizers. it was not burnt crisp but taste need to improve for such a nice hotel. Parking fees suck”

“A few steps from Niagara Falls, clean and welcoming hotel. Breakfast "in bed" is not for everyone. I personally prefer not to have time constraints and choose what I want to eat. To review this service. Everything else is perfect”

“No surprises at Residence & Conference Centre, you get what you pay for ! Perfect for budget oriented travellers : staff is very professional and knowledgeable, property is clean and your basics are covered. The room could handled some cosmetic renovations though this was our second time staying at RCC and next time around we will still book there. Thank you to Zoé who greeted us in such a manner that you reaaly feel welcomed.”
