My boyfriend & I stayed in the Deluxe Room with 1 Queen Bed for our visit.
The room felt quite small and cramped overall. The only "spacious" area was near the entrance, while the rest of the layout felt narrow. The bed did not feel like a true queen-size bed and was very squeaky, making it difficult to sleep, as even small movements would wake us up. The TV also had a screen voice reader that narrated menu options, volume changes, and channels. For us, in particular, we did not need it and did not know how to turn it off, which made using the TV frustrating.
The bathroom felt very claustrophobic, with minimal lighting and little room to move around. The shower was especially narrow and uncomfortable to use. Based on the photos online, we expected a more spacious and brighter bathroom. We had a few concerns in this area. We found a dirty toothpaste bottle cap inside the sink faucet, reported it to the front desk, and also noticed hair on one of the towels by the jacuzzi. Additionally, the toilet did not flush properly.
The fireplace was a nice feature and helped keep the room warm and cozy. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. However, the view was not ideal, as it overlooked a residential backyard and part of the parking lot.
Breakfast was decent but nothing memorable, and the staff did not appear particularly welcoming or engaged.
Overall, while there were a few positive elements, the issues with space, cleanliness, and overall comfort impacted our stay
