There were kcups for the coffee machine, which we appreciated, and we loved the layout. The location was very close to the Sleeman Centre, which is one reason we picked it. “Easy check in. The pool was amazing; warm water!! Nice modern hotel. Decent breakfast. My main complaint was the cleanliness of the room. The shower was really dirty, hair and shampoo on the walls and ceiling. The bed got moved slightly and the amount of dirt on the floor was disgusting.”

“Room was clean, staff was friendly, wifi was easy to connect to. Staff was able to accomodate changing our room to a main floor room instead of upstairs.
Room was quite small compared to other rooms in this establishment we have stayed in and extra pillows would have made it much more.comfortable.
The staff in the pub is excellant and service was amazing.
Will continue to book, but will consider a bigger room. Was a bit pricy for the size of room we were in
