“Unable to use tub due to extreme mold and rust. Any attention brought to this resulted in gaslighting, while other guests were refunded for the same issue? Marriot should be ashamed. Its worth mentioning that it was impossible to get someone to attend to the room for service, and the elevator is on its last legs. The doors often opened while misaligned with the floor, which was terrifying.”
