“Two night stay with family. We had a wonderful time. Staff are all so very nice and helpful. We had two separate rooms (one night a queen bed, second night 2 queen beds 6th floor and 1st floor) - both room nice size. The air conditioner is very loud in both rooms and both rooms are clean, but look dirty in spots (stains on walls and dirt build up in corners. We spent most time in the pool - the whole area did need a good scrub. Pool was nice but felt a bit slimy in spots, but didn't stop us...
