“I was happy overall with our stay. Breakfast was good. Love that you can have tea in the afternoon. The only downside was the outside door to our room. I thought it was a great advantage except I could not access from outside. And The parking spot outside that door should be marked for the room as well. Overall the stay was great. ”

“The pictures on the Expedia site are AI generated. All the hallways smell of smoke which in turn makes your room smell like smoke. The sheets were stained and ripped. The shower did not work. The room smells like a combination of mildew and smoke. Will not return. There seems to be quite a few rooms occupied full time rather than hotel guests. ”

“Breakfast was good, fresh and hot. Parking was plentiful and safe. Garbage bins were emotied when we were there, but the truck left lots of large cardboard and paper was blowing into the flowerbeds. The pool was absolutely free,ing and we could go in it during our stay. On our last day we enjoyed the warm pool at the hotel next door.”

“The hotel was convenient for a neatby wedding we attended. The room was clean and comfortable with a convenient coffee maker, fridge and microwave.
We were hoping to check in an hour earlier than the normal 3 pm checkin and the kind woman working at the front desk made that pissible.

“My sister and I had a great few days' stay here - we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff and our room was ready a bit before standard check-in time, which was a nice surprise. The room was nice and decently appointed. We weren't spending much time in the room so it wasn't too important to us. Bar Mason was convenient - and the food was tasty too! Service at the bar was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in Guelph.”
