“My experience with this Courtyard and Expedia was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were not provided with the room type we booked. More concerningly, we found a used bar of soap in the bathroom, which raised serious questions about the room’s cleanliness and whether it had been properly serviced. When we requested compensation for these issues, the hotel staff claimed they were unable to assist because the booking was made through Expedia. “Great stay! Would recommend but note that there are several messages and forms you receive prior to check-in. When we got to the concierge desk to check-in, they asked for our room number, and I had no idea where to find it in amongst all the messages/documents. So, stay here but just know there will be a series of things to do in advance and it would be helpful to make a note of info from those documents to have easily on hand. ”

“Very quick to respond to inquiries. Well stocked fridge and pantry for self serve continental breakfast in main floor and mini fridge in bedroom. Perfect spot to visit my son at Waterloo, catch a show at St Jacobs playhouse, and visit market. Very spacious room with very comfortable bed, and ceiling fan. ”

“Staff were great and check in was smooth. We didn't use the amenities so can't comment. The restaurant was conveniently located in the hotel too. Only comment was the bed sheet quality and they were very starchy, bed was super comfortable though.”

“Hotel was conveniently located, has a restaurant and a Starbucks directly in the building. Lobby clean and front reception staff really friendly, easy check in. We liked the late check out option, 12pm. Nice bathroom, nice beds and furniture. Breakfast buffet was included but not very tasty and still expected to tip even tho a buffet. Room was nice but the ice bucket tongs had really dirty smudged finger prints on the handles and carpet really stained.”
