“Very spacious suite, and since I had handicap room, the washroom and shower were large as well. The pool looked wonderful, do it's unfortunate that we didn't pack bathing suits. Breakfast was delicious and the menu for dinner looked great, with very reasonable prices. Located right across from St. Jacobs Country Playhouse and it's an easy walk to the Farmer's Market. 15 minute ride to Hildebrand Schoolhouse Theatre.”

“Very accommodating staff. Room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Relatively clean, but there were some areas that looked like they could use some refreshing: chipped paint in bathroom, wallpaper tear, hook coming loose in bathroom. Breakfast was complimentary but not as nice as other spots we've visited.”

“Nice appartment, nicely located. It however felt quite impersonal. Not only the kitchen was however minimally equipped but also messages from the hosts (although okay and professional) showed that it is managed by a company (or, at least, that was my feel). If you don't expect (or if you are trying to avoid) human interaction and if you are okay with sending copies of ID, then you will enjoy this very clean place.”

“Room was great, clean and had amazing view. Only negatives were waiting over 5 minutes in an empty lobby at night for someone to come give my keys and parking - the day of you apply for parking and after you already paid and booked the room it’s says parking isn’t guaranteed, then I had to remind them my parking was supposed to be included so I did t get charged.”

“Everything is good, except the location is near the cross, so if you are Turing left at the exit it was not so convenient.”

“Simple, clean room. A bit tight on space, so beware of travelling with multiple suitcases. Love the waffle maker at breakfast!”

“Charming & clean room. Bright & cheery. Kimmie was a great host! She even loaned us blankets to sit outside by the outdoor fireplace at night. James & Kimmie provided a delicious breakfast that was fresh & tasty in the morning. Recommend to anyone!”

“Staff seemed indifferent to help. Parking was extra ($12) and a far walk from the hotel. The breakfast was extra and expensive. The rooms were unusually small for an supposed better hotel. And because the rooms were small the washrooms were also small. The elevators felt like they were going to breakdown any time. Not enough trolleys for size of hotel. Staff never knew where trolleys were. Badly designed hotel.”
