“Nice hotel with good breakfast, would stay again”

“We were greeted warmly and check-in was efficient. Our door keys worked first time. Our room was spotless and the king bed was comfortable and the a/c was quiet. Breakfast had lots of choices including warm dishes, and it was included. We will go back.”

“Room and staff are great but process to actually get access is fiddly. There are several online steps to complete that put me back in the Expedia app where the messages didn't render correctly.”

“Room was very tidy and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly all around. Girl working in the breakfast nook friendly. Breakfast had a wide variety of options for most people including. Gluten-free bread. Note. Not hotels fault but tons of road work going on all around the area of King Street and outward. A little hard to find exactly where you are going cu some entrances and the hotel blocked to local businesses and lane closures. Get there before the usual five o'clock traffic or after for...

“Lots of noise every time we go there unfortunately. Not necessarily the hotels fault. Our view this time was terrible, but that is expected these days with "Expedia rooms". Our phone didn't work, which wasn't a big deal since I could call their external number to get the towels we needed. The room was clean and complete though which is all we really need for a quick overnight.”

“Bathroom was very dirty. Toilet didn't look like it been cleaned and the tile floor around the toilet had urine spots all around the toilet. Also shower was dirty.”

“My room was clean and comfortable. The outside noise from the highway was not noticeable in the room at all and the blackout curtains kept the room dark for sleeping. The fridge was good but the freezer didn't keep my ice packs frozen. Microwave and coffee maker in the room worked fine. Breakfast was good with lots of options. I'd stay there again.”

“Well the kitchen was clean. But I didn't know is that it lacked all the essentials to use the kitchen. It needed a kettle perhaps a toaster cutlery plates and bowls cups and glasses for some a coffee maker. These are just things that I noticed that at other rentals they were available. As long as people know that these are things that they should bring I think it would be fine but without knowing this it might be shocking otherwise it was fine”
