“Front desk staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. However, our room did not have tissues or conditioner provided. We also did not like the bathroom layout. The sink area did not have a door and was located right beside the bed, so whenever the light was turned on or the sink was being used, it disturbed the person still sleeping. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the breakfast provided. It did not look appealing and did not taste good, so we ended up going elsewhere for...

“The room was clean, comfortable, and roomy. The biggest issue was how poorly sound insulated the room was. The street noise was unusually loud, to where it felt like a window was open. It woke us up earlier than I would have liked.”

“Excellent breakfast. Lots of choices and a chef making crepes, omelets. Worth the add on. Room was clean. Linen Excellent. Only issue was they ran out of hot water for the 2nd shower. Was a busy weekend there. AC was fine. Staff great. Garage was in another building. A bit of a walk. For more challenged folks looking for accessibility ramps would be iffy. Parking extra. Not much though. Location is very good.”

“From the moment we walked in Dhillon at front desk was cheerful and assisted us with a smile when checking in. He even gave us a sweet treat to enjoy. First time ever experiencing this. It was a nice surprise. Checking was quick, room was great, clean and spacious. Coffee maker, fridge, microwave etc. Bathroom was large and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Breakfast in the morning was also good. Had a bit of everything. Would recommend this hotel if planning to stay in Kitchener/...

“The prices charged to stay here are exorbitant especially when the rooms are so worn out. The shower hasn’t seen a renovation since the early 80s and was barf-worthy, the carpet had pulls everywhere, a light didn’t work, the sofa was well-worn and stained, there was a hole in the window screen. Everything is old AF. $200/night + tax is ludicrous for the hole that this place is.”

“Just ask more questions about reservation different ppl said different details about our reservation, elevator was Brocken would wait 15min at a time to get up or down.”

“Used to be a great deal to stay at residences for ball tournaments very cheap, but knowing what you’re getting. Now they charge hotel prices without offering any hotel perks or conveniences. Single beds are garbage, paper thin walls and the tv picture and sound in every room for our team cut out and froze every 14 seconds. Really disappointed this time around. If we’re paying hotel prices, we will just stay at an actual hotel next time. Big positive was the lady at the front desk was fantastic...
