“Room was nicely renovated and very clean. Gym and pool were clean and we had fun using both amenities. Great for a night with two kids before a morning event downtown. Lots of restaurants nearby!”

“The AC was very noisy and woke us up at night. The toilet would not stop running water. The TV remote wasn’t working properly. There was a large tear in the window blind. Not a hotel room I would want to go back to. ”

A couple of small improvements that could enhance the guest experience: - Providing additional coffee for longer stays would be appreciated - It would be helpful to communicate in advance that parking is limited and may require a reservation for those traveling by car”

“Room needs lots of updates. No sports stations on TV. Cable system certainly needs to be updated. Check in was standing outside while a window was opened and clip board was passed through. Very impersonal.”

“Overall good value for price point. Room a bit dated, some of the decor looks faded. Carpet needs to be replaced. Breakfast buffet good value with lots of seating.”

“The room was mostly clean, but it wasn't fully vacuumed. There was white stuff on the chair, the furniture was old. Staff was polite, breakfast was standard, but clean. ”

“Room was clean, washroom clean with good shower and water pressure, staff were helpful and courteous. The bed did sag in the centre with 2 sleepers but was not horrible. Amenities were very basic, no place to hang clothing, towels clean and good quality, microwave and fridge but no coffee or tea, no phone in room to contact front desk. For the price this was a very good stay.”
