“The room was dark and dingy. There was water damage and a hole in the wall. It was in need of caulking around the tub and a good cleaning. The bedding was old and worn, the bed sheets had holes in them. I did not stay, I went to another motel for the night. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are "basic and a little tired" but clean. We came for Stratford Festival so we only slept here. Reasonably priced for that purpose. Air conditioning worked well. Room temperature was perfect. Lots of parking. Nice that they have complimentary coffee and tea”

“The power went off from 12am-5am. They told my husband over the phone when he called to confirm our reservation on a Friday. I usually bring my CPAP machine when I travel and I didn’t because of the power outage being scheduled. And I therefore had a bad nights sleep along with my husband. We went to the theatre and got back to the inn after 11:00. We weren’t ready to go to bed at 12:00 when it went off. I brought it up to the owner the next day and he apologized but it would have been nice to...

“For a one night stay in Stratford. It was exactly what was advertised.”

“Where to begin? The desk lady presented herself as if she was doing you a favor for unlocking the door and receiving a guest. When given a key and basically informed that I was on my own from there out, I unlocked my room door and discovered the following: Admittedly, the room was clean. However, the room felt like a room an ex-convict would be given just after release from prison. The lighting was cold with no bedside table lamps. In the bathroom there were two tiny bars of the cheapest “soap”...

“The room was clean. It was nicely decorated and felt cozy. It is in walking distance to downtown.”

“Easy to find, clean and spacious room and comfy bed and quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast was plentiful and homemade, even the bread. Hosts were very pleasant, and gave us great local details especially about parking near the theatres. Would highly recommend”
