“Nice clean room, staff super friendly ”

“The whole building is renovated and everything is very modern and new. The continental breakfast was clean with a nice variety. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed how close it is to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The room had everything we needed, however it would have been nice to have a couple of glasses or cups for drinks. They only had paper coffee cups and we had to ask for an ice bucket. We purchased glasses from the dollar store across the street. Parking was easy as there seemed...

“Room was dirty, couldnt get any boiled water for our baby to make her formula, no way to bring a stroller up a level, resteraunz was closed. To top ot off we had a cleaner knock on our door at 8am wanting to clean the room”

“what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.”

“Great breakfast by socializing with other guests and the hosts. Heathy breakfast at a chic table. My children enjoyed the indoor hot tub and the large room that we stayed in. Highly pleasant stay that felt home. ”

“I had a Cozy room on the second floor and stayed for one night by myself. Overall, this was a pleasant stay, but I have docked one star due to some minor disappointments. The bathroom is extremely small. You had to be seated diagonally to use the toilet due to a column in front of it. Further, the water pressure was unpredictable when I was using it (mostly at night). Shower water pressure would vary, sometimes slowing to a mere dribble, but it would eventually come back up to normal pressure....
