“Lovely property that sits nestled on the University of Western campus surrounded by trees. Hotel does all the basics right and for the right price. Confusing front desk location is actually down the hill and around the back. The breakfast buffet was a worthwhile option. Service from all staff members was very pleasant. ”

“Clean room and polite staff. Nice lobby, continental breakfast was a nice touch. I found parking is a bit pricey per night, shouldn't charge a guest full price if you're checking after 6 pm on the first night. I would stay here again if I am back in the area”

“Clean and efficient. Great layout. Hockey parents- you can’t drink/socialize in the halls they strictly enforce this. But the lobby was great and they have no problem with a large group chilling down there until the wee hours. So fun! ”

“We had a great first stay at the new hotel! Place was stunning and clean. All employees were lovely and polite. The restaurant sessions was delicious but a bit slow.. maybe understaffed? Very slow bringing cutlery, missed somethings even though there was only 3-4 tables full at a time? Unfortunately the tv wasn’t working properly in the room for a stay in girls movie night and wasn’t able to be fixed. “Beautiful property! My fiancé and I extremely enjoyed staying here while we had a christmas party in St. Mary's. The rooms/each building are kept so nice and the beds are so comfortable! 10/10 experience. Parking is right beside which ever building you are in, easy and short walk to your room (especially nice in the winter as it was a chilly one)!”
