“Excellent stay. Greg service and great breakfast!”

“Our first room had an air conditioner unit that didn't work. We went back to the front desk and the staff was very helpful in getting us a better room.”

“The room was not cleaned. Garbage bin was full. The bedding and towels with heirs. AC was broken. The recepnionist could not find my booking for 15 minutes in computer.”

“Beds are rock hard, rooms are ant and beetle infested. AC works good, that’s about the only good part about my stay”

“The room smelled cigarettes smell, worst when the AC unit was running. Left a message for the manager to call me, but never got a call back. As for the staff, it was the manager that never called me back.”

“Well overall was ok, but there was a couple of things that need attention: 1) there is only one washer and one dryer for more than 150 rooms. 2) there is two ice machines, but only one works. I think this issues need the attention of the big guys, the one that decided how to deal with with this problems.”

“I stayed at the Ramada the night before. I had two lights that wouldn't work, the remote had the batteries in backwards so i had to fix that and a toilet that leaked water on the floor. Then I went to four points and it was like entering a new room. It was clean, the carpet looked new. I had the fitness room to myself each time I exercised, which was nice.
