“All went well, from check-in to check-out. Staff made it a point to greet me with every in and out I made. Room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. A large tv, complete with local cable options made it a dream stay. My 1 night stay in London didn’t provide me with any opportunity to use the pool, nor the on-site restaurant. “The TV system didn't work, for me or for others (I overheard them at the front desk): it was incredibly difficult to navigate, and there were serious and VERY frequent buffering issues that caused screen freezes. After an hour trying 4 different channels, I gave up and shut it down. I'm not a big TV junkie, but I had been looking forward to a quiet evening, just watching some telly without interruption, and sipping a glass of wine. “The prices were reasonable, the staff was friendly, and the place was clean and well-maintained. The pool was beautiful—large, over 6 feet deep, and just the right temperature. However, the pillows and beds were a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, a baseball team of boys were allowed to run through the hallways past 9 p.m., disrupting a few other guests and myself because I had two young children sleeping. Overall, the stay was okay.”
