“what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.”

“Property is dated. There was duct tape holding down the carpet The toilet was not flushing properly. Parking was convenient and the bed was clean. Breakfast was basic.”

“I had a Cozy room on the second floor and stayed for one night by myself. Overall, this was a pleasant stay, but I have docked one star due to some minor disappointments. The bathroom is extremely small. You had to be seated diagonally to use the toilet due to a column in front of it. Further, the water pressure was unpredictable when I was using it (mostly at night). Shower water pressure would vary, sometimes slowing to a mere dribble, but it would eventually come back up to normal pressure....

“The room was clean, modern, and exactly what it looks like on the hotel website. Great location near restaurants, lake, and Tom Patterson theatre. Would stay here again.”

“Cleanliness could be better - floors were dirty and there were bits of other guests hairs in the shower. Bathroom mirror was wonderful, there’s really nowhere to put your stuff down in the bathroom so keep that in mind with hair tools etc. Staff was friendly, coffee station was a bonus! All in all, it was okay!”

“Did not use the bar, did not go for breakfast. Bathroom floor dirty, dingy, bed mattress was uncomfortable, lack of plugs in bathroom to use hairdryer. Excessive force to open door to room…thank goodness no emergency to get in or out of room Receptionist friendly and accommodating. ”
