“When I checked myself in using the door codes emailed to me (the front desk is only attended during the day), I was quickly disappointed with my room: the door wouldn't lock, the toilet wouldn't stop running, and I found some kind of stain on the mattress under the tucked sheet. I texted the 24 hour emergency number, not sure who would respond at such a late hour (it was 11pm at this point). “Lovely property that sits nestled on the University of Western campus surrounded by trees. Hotel does all the basics right and for the right price. Confusing front desk location is actually down the hill and around the back. The breakfast buffet was a worthwhile option. Service from all staff members was very pleasant. ”
