“Amazing experience! The room was super clean and the two king beds were a game-changer for our family trip. The staff members are hardworking, friendly, and well-presented. I felt so relaxed and comfortable during my stay. 10/10 would recommend!”

“The only 2 things are that the shower pressure was low and water lukewarm. And when we were eating breakfast between 9:30 and 10am, they had someone vacuuming the eating area. They could have waited until the breakfast time was over at 10am to vacuum.”

“Great decor, unique property. TV didn’t work very well, the thermostat didn’t seem to turn from AC to heat, and the blinds didn’t keep the room dark come 7:30. The room was very stylish and the staff very friendly and helpful! ”

“My third time staying at Crowne Plaza Kitchener. The staff is exceptional! They even remembered me! Always extremely professional, kind, accommodating, and patient. My upgraded room was so comfortable and clean. Aqua, the restaurant, is delicious and the wait staff is wonderful. I also used the fitness centre this visit. Was surprised at how many options for working out are available. An exercise room, pool, bowling alley, putt putt golf! I will be staying there again soon!”

“Great stay! Would recommend but note that there are several messages and forms you receive prior to check-in. When we got to the concierge desk to check-in, they asked for our room number, and I had no idea where to find it in amongst all the messages/documents. So, stay here but just know there will be a series of things to do in advance and it would be helpful to make a note of info from those documents to have easily on hand. ”

“Very quick to respond to inquiries. Well stocked fridge and pantry for self serve continental breakfast in main floor and mini fridge in bedroom. Perfect spot to visit my son at Waterloo, catch a show at St Jacobs playhouse, and visit market. Very spacious room with very comfortable bed, and ceiling fan. ”

“Staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly and very accommodating of all our needs. Especially the Arbour restaurant who made us the best fries. ”

“I'm so disappointed. My eoom was supposed to ne smoke free stinked of smoke and cigarette buds outside door leading to back. The room carpet disgusting bed dirty everything was dirty and disgusting. When i arrive someone was being escorted out by police. Not a place You would want to take your family. Even the iron was molded ridiculous place. Good if you smoke or up to know good to book at this place. ”

“The place is super old and poor maintained. It smells like cigarrete and weed everywhere. The toilet was filthy, literally. They changed the room but the smell like smoke was unbearable. It is a terrible place. The lady at the front desk was nice. She was the only nice thing in this place.”

“Everything was good with the only issue of the wall thermostat did not control the A/C heating unit. So once we figured out we had to use the controls on the unit itself directly we finally got the room at the desired condition. The breakfast is really good! Lots of healthy and tasty items to chose from. ”
