“We rented this property for two nights. After we found where to get entry information, 4 or 5 codes to get there. The grand finale was the door to the suite DID NOT work. “Front Desk was pretty busy when we arrived. They were pretty rushed to get us checked-in. Found info in the suite lacking. There were two WELCOME binders, but not alot of information regarding the amenities or how to use any of the appliances. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the fireplace for awhile, especially because the switch seemed to be backwards. The indicator says ON (up) OFF (down) but when the switch is all the way UP the thermostat doesn't change. I finally switched it to the...

“The owner requires a separate rental agreement before checking in but after booking. Kitchen vent and dish washer do not work and no response when asked. The place is hard to find without clear instructions. It is a bit noisy at night from the restaurant below the unit. We are not very happy climbing stairs without elevator at all.”
