It was very nice, clean lobby,. great staff. price good for the area. room was very pleasant and comfortable. While the online description mentions a pool, it was marked "out of service" and this was not mentioned when checking in. I am sure there are some tiny weasel words about some things may not be available, but a Pool is not minor. The breakfast was very nice and well presented, but somehow, the items featured in the online commercials, were not present or even evidence they may have ever been. .Poor match between advertising and actuality is a big turnoff.

The breakfast was good, but our room was not that clean. There was blood on the walls and not enough towels in the room. We did get some extra towels from the front desk. We could not sleep because the entire night we could hear steps of someone above us just walking and sometimes running. It was ridiculous. I will not stay at a Holiday inn again.

Very nice hotel and staff was friendly and helpful! In a good area no major issues with hotel at all. Police were called out due to a drunk patron but was handled quickly. For users of AT&T bad service area only had one for the most part. Hard to make phone calls. Also bring quarters and detergent for laundry $2 for wash and $2 for dryer.

Bed was extremely comfortable! Location was convenient to plenty of restaurants. The only problem that we encountered was the noisy patrons (elephants?) walking on the floor above us. Not's the hotel's fault really. Loved having a Keurig in the room. Breakfast provided by the hotel was pretty standard for HI Expresses; and as always the Cinnamon Rolls were wonderful!!

Our room was clean and comfortable. Our only problem was barely hot water in the shower and low water pressure. I let the manager know when I checked out. He said other guests had mentioned it and they would take care of it. Other than that, it was a nice hotel and had very friendly staff.

Great place to stay if there is a game you are attending at the McKinney District Stadium. Easy to get to and a good, inexpensive option for a night's stay.
