Prime location in a nice quiet neighborhood!
Landed early and got a hold of host to request for early check in. Host is very responsive and flexible. Place is clean and comfortable. Prime location, we visited for the Cinco de Mayo weekend Fort Worth Stockyards only 30 minutes away, Magnolia Silos Marketplace less than 2hrs. One night we didn’t expect the heavy rain, so we stayed in there’s plenty of games, movie apps, and blankets we enjoyed our stay and comfort! Thank you very much!

Geat area close to everything .
I had ask Mitchell if it was possible to come in and leave our luggage earlier then the check-in time he was ok with it we took our luggage was very polite and understanding about our situation. Communication was great everything was great will be back for sure.

The house was disappointing. House was dirty, no place to hang towels in main bedroom/bath. Kitchen table chairs were stained. Outdoor chairs were “repaired” with black electrical tape.

there were actually hooks on the wall for towels to hang I actually saw a couple towels hanging on it apparently, one of your guests figured out I really didn’t think it was rocket science. yes, and as for the electric tape, there was one Chair had a temporary fix. I knew the first person that ever said my house was dirty!! I’m sure glad none of my pictures were crooked I’m sure you would have given me a one !!!

Dallas cowboys game
Great location for dallas game. Walking distance to stadiums, LIVE, walmart and walgreens. As well as many restaurants. Only issue was rebooting the modem and the owner was very responsive with those instructions.

We travel to Arlington every year for a youth sports event. This home was perfect for our family. It is located close to the stadium and great restaurants. Our check in process was seamless and the home was fully stocked with everything we needed. There is a beautiful back yard for the kids to run around and play, and the interior was clean and cozy. We look forward to our next visit!

Location, Location, Location!
Home could not have been a more perfect location for DC game at AT&T Stadium. A short, easy walk to stadium as well as restaurants and shopping. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The home was very clean, well-stocked and accommodated our family nicely. The host was very kind and quick to respond to questions. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels were nice quality. We visit Arlington once a year for a tailgate at the cowboys game, this was a perfect location within walking distance to the stadium and the host was great and most importantly, the home was very clean! Great weekend was had!

This is a great house that is walking distance from AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field and a short drive from Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. The back porch is great to unwind at the end of the day. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of room. Great weekend and we will definitely look to book this house again when we return.

There are things you always hope for in a rental, and this place checked all the boxes…clean, spacious, plenty of hot water, a well equipped kitchen, and everything was in working order and had obviously been well thought out. From the moment we walked in, it truly felt like our home away from home.

Baseball getaway
We were in town for a Braves & Ranger game. The house it a great location for the stadium! House was great for our family of seven. Clean with comfortable beds! Also enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Weekend Getaway
We had a last minute business trip up to the Arlington area. The house was great for our family of four. Everyone got their own bedroom, the beds were large and the house had everything we needed for the weekend. Although we weren't there for a sports event we could see AT&T stadium from the house and Six Flags was just down the road. This would be a great stay for anyone attending events at either place. Communication was very easy and the price per night was a great deal.

If you are looking for a place near AT&T or Rangers ballpark this is the perfect place. Looks newly renovated (great job) and is everything as advertised. Communication was great with owner and we will definitely be staying here again.

Good communication with Host, all instructions were easy to follow in accessing the property. Clean and updated inside and out. Convenient to all attractions in Arlington, Dallas, and Ft. Worth. Quality stay and great location!
Wonderful property and location. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen with quality accessories and small electrics---this is probably my biggest pet peeve---when the kitchen is filled with cheap kitchen accessories. But I also love to make breakfast when my family and I are on vacation. Patio was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location, Great House
When we arrived the house has a 2 car garage. It was raining and this made it very easy to unload without getting wet. The interior was extremely clean (we own a cleaning company and I was impressed) and very roomy. We all commented about how cool and open the kitchen, dining area, and living room were. Also, each room has nicely hung tvs. We could literally see Cowboys Stadium from the backyard. It was absolutely a perfect location for anyone looking to attend an event at Cowboy Stadium or New Rangers Stadium. There are a ton of restaurants and convenient stores right on the main street. The restaurants range from high end to fast food and everything else along the way. Strangely enough, my wife convinced me to stop at the waffle house over the bridge on Collins St. and we had the most pleasant experience with Danielle our waitress there. We also ate at Papadeaux and Gino's East, which were both extraordinary.

What a great experience. This was my first ever VRBO rental. I was concerned about cleanliness and safety so previously I was apprehensive. This owner provides a safe and secure environment. He provided extra supplies inside the home and is readily available to address additional needs and concerns. The pictures on this site do not properly describe the beauty and comfort of this unit. Workable kitchen, patio is a large size to seat many. Neighborhood is quiet and very close to Six Flags. I will book here when I visit family again.

This house has a great location near stadiums, fully stocked, comfortable beds, recently updated, clean, great outdoor area, TV's in every room, easy in/out, responsive property manager, EXCEPT no cable TV so don't expect to watch Sporting events unless you can figure out streaming ROKU, etc.

I provide Internet access for streaming and local programming. I own three short term rentals in Arlington I have never received anything less than five rating You are the first because I didn’t have cable TV so you can watch sports. REALLY?

Great Response, Very Clean & Central of Entertainment
From the moment of booking, the property manager/owner was very responsive. We walked into the house and immediately I was impressed. The inside of the house is very cozy. Back yard was peaceful and we loved the deck. The grill was clean. Neighbors were quiet. I loved that there were security cameras for our safety. I definitely would stay here again.
