“staff was awesome. room clean although outdated. breakfast was sufficient. pool was closed and we thought it would be open but no big deal. the best thing was the staff. very nice, informed, pleasant experience with all staff.”

“The jacuzzi tub in the room was dirty and jets blew out algae. The jacuzzi in pool area had hair and was broken, cold water. The fron desk lady was talking bad about the others and we had to go to another hotel to use spa. It was all disappointing and misleading. Wouldn't recommend staying here. ”

“Short stop while traveling. We had one issue which was a travel ball teams kids making a lot of noise next door. We alerted Jana and she very quickly and professionally involved the parents and resolved the situation. Breakfast was better than normally expected. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant.”
