“We really appreciated the staff doing everything they could to accommodate our family of five including 14-month-old twins. It was our first time having to request a crib in a hotel. The staff was sure to have it set up and ready to go for us prior to our arrival. It really made a difference in keeping our young children on their typical bedtime routine. Breakfast was okay. “Check in was easy and friendly. Parking is easy once you get the layout. Room is clean and comfortable with the splashes of color making it feel inviting. So quiet and peaceful for our little getaways. The bed is divine, extremely comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast with the hot egg white frittatas, sausage and fresh pancakes. We hope to stay again really soon!!”

“The hotel is very beautiful, and the check‑in process was fairly quick. However, the room did not meet expectations: there was a lot of mold in the shower, dirty stains on the floor, and the windows were extremely dirty. The cleanliness of the room needs urgent improvement.”

“Air conditioning was nice and cold, but it was leaking water onto the carpeted area throughout the night. The beds were average comfortability however, the pillows could have been larger or more to prop up with. The comforters were very thin, so when the air conditioner was blowing cold, we were freezing. “Helpful staff, clean room, good mattress, convenient location, good breakfast. Only negative was small pillows for a king size bed, which retained the sweat odor of previous guests. Asked for change to fresh which were provided but were the same.”

“Stayed here for a concert in Clemson due to not wanting to pay the outrageous prices closer! Clean location and good price. Only downfall was bathroom size and pillows were too fluffy, but bed was great. Close to many food options. Would stay again.”

“Sleepless night. The back of the hotel faces active train tracks. Many complaints about the night long extremely loud noise from trains coming through. Makes it nearly impossible to sleep!!! The hotel promotes a "new level of relaxation." What you will be doing is cursing under breath at the ridiculously load train noises right outside your window. My wife and I woke up exhausted from a sleepless night. A waste of money if you can't sleep while paying for a hotel.”
