“Showed up at the wrong room could not rebook a room would not give a refund. It would not post on the booking to a different day lost money”

“We absolutely loved our stay here. Everyone was super kind and accommodating. I did not meet one unkind staff member. Definitely would stay at a spark again.”

“Not the best. Will look into other places for next stay. Dont expect much for the breakfast. No Bagels like stated. No milk for cereal. I pkg of 12 ct. Mini muffins for everyone staying. What a joke!”

“We were just passing through; so, it’s really hard to comment on the amenities. The room was very clean. The mattress felt new. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I will say the water temperature was extremely hot and I had to basically turn it off and on to shower. That would be my only concern. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had anywhere.”

“This property was advertised as having a full breakfast. Coffee, juice and cold cereal are not a full breakfast.”

“The room was standard—clean, spacious, and free of any musty odors. It was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, TV, and hair dryer. The mattress was comfortable, though a bit too soft for my personal preference. Breakfast was standard fare.”

“Currently they're doing some renovations and we stayed in a newly renovated room & we were very comfortable.”

“It is very well located to downtown Athens. There are buses that provide transport around the different colleges. The staff were all pleasant and efficient. There is a small gym which was very convenient. Breakfast was reasonably varied and lunch at the Savannah restaurant was good. Groome airport shuttle stops at the hotel and there is ample paid parking available.”
