“The breakfast menu was fresh each day. It was open from 5:00am to 9:00am, which should give a wide variety of visitors the opportunity to get a start on their day with a hot meal. ”

“The Gillen House is a perfect destination if you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway that is close to Athens and not too far away from Atlanta. The hosts, Edward and Cynzia, were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The food at breakfast was excellent. Especially the steaks and sides that we had for dinner on our arrival evening. The room was spotless and perfect. We definitely enjoyed our stay!”

“Fantastic place, super clean, great rates. Only complaint would be minimal breakfast- no protein options, only half of the toaster worked, oatmeal was an option but no hot water or microwave to use for it. Would definitely stay again.”
