“Pros: clean hotel, good breakfast selection Cons: luggage carts small and difficult to locate, front desk staff not friendly, and denied late check out even though we arrived at the hotel very late the evening before after 12 hours on the road and were only there for one night. ”

“At the price of this place a night I expected better. If I could have got a refund I would have found somewhere else to stay. Run down and in need of good remodel and deep cleaning. ”

“Overall poor...needs a good cleaning and a complete renovation. Beds very uncomfortable, carpets dirty and badly stained.Desk chair looked like it was picked up a curb somewhere...breakfast area was clean and food was presented well. Staff was friendly. We have stayed at other Country Inn's in the past. Sadly we will not be staying at the Lumberton Country Inn again!”

“Smells like rotting flesh. The motel is near the freeway so you also get to listen to traffic all night. The curtains let in all the light so expect to wake at 6am. Both dogs got a tick so the area is not dog safe. Also no where to really walk them. Worst motel I've ever experienced.”
