“Pros: Great staff, comfortable beds, powerful showerhead, great Black out curtains and the heat worked well. Cons: People yelling outside my door as soon as the sun came up both days. The smell of cigarette smoke every time I had to cut the bathroom light/fan on. I guess it sucked it under the adjoining door's cracks. The couch with all the holes and tears in the upholstery should be replaced. Side note: I have never booked a suite with a kitchen that had absolutely nothing in the kitchen...

“Terrible stay, I changed hotels after the first night. I thought the location was going to be good, but really close to busy roads and I could hear the noise from the unsealed windows all night. Wouldn’t recommend. ”

The lack of maintenance is alarming—doors and windows are broken, and even the locks do not work properly, which made us feel completely unsafe during our stay. “Clean room, helpful and flexible staff when it came to checking in late. The instructions to check in were very clear, just make sure to let them know ahead of time. They were flexible with checking out as well, really made my stay much less of a headache.”
