“Always smells so clean when I walk into the lobby. The morning breakfast is always so fresh. The housekeepers are very thorough. All staff are very friendly.”

“This was my second time staying there and I feel like they could not keep up with breakfast. There was a big crowd in there, and the pans were constantly empty; in turn, made the staff really frazzled. ”

“The gentleman who checked us in was kind and friendly. We had to move rooms due to a toilet issue, and he was quick to get us into another room. The room was clean and had basic amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, a small hair dryer, a small coffee maker, soap, and one cosmetic makeup wipe), including plenty of towels and washcloths. The beds were comfortable, with pillow options. The air conditioning worked well and kept us cool. The only negative thing is the carpet tiles. I tripped...

“Overall, a very enjoyable stay. It would be nice, and extra convenient, if the kitchen had a full stove and oven. There was just a small electric range top with only two burners and no oven. The room was a good size, and having a washer/dryer in room was helpful. The hotel offers a nice place to stay while visiting the city, and is pretty close to areas of interest. I would stay here again. ”

“The property was clean and well kept. Unfortunately, there was group of unruly guest. Being obnoxious and inconsiderate. Yelling and talking til 3am. I called the front desk numerous times and it was to no avail. The noise continued, i found a number another agent and Instead of fixing the problem he suggested that I leave the hotel with my elderly mom at 2am. It was quite and experience, especially after having a late flight and getting to the room late. We didnt rest at all that night....
