“The rooms are disgusting! I got a room that was poorly cleaned, obvious filth everywhere. It had tons of baby cockroaches. They switched me to a different room and although it was slightly cleaner, the same problem existed. Nowhere to walk dogs, trash everywhere. The hotel is clearly barely maintained. I ultimately left the hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. For just a little more money, you can go to a much cleaner hotel right down the street.”

“Staff at the front desk were excellent. Housekeeping did take our dirty towels but didn't leave any clean ones which meant I had to go to desk and ask for some. Wasn't a huge deal but I was on my way to the pool. They should have had housekeeping bring them to the room instead of making me wait for them.”

“This hotel fell short of our expectations. The first issue was the pool which had a black, tar-like substance with tally marks drawn around the tile surround of the pool. My son's pool float bumped against it and it transferred onto anything it touched and does not come off. It was unsettling why this substance was left all around the pool. On our second night I was startled awake to find a large roach in the bed with me. Of course it ran away when the light came on and we could never find...

“The beds are pretty dated, but it was clean, and what you would expect of a mid level motel. It worked out well for our one night stay.”
