“Gorgeous long range mountain views. Beautiful, comfortable 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Bathroom was huge. Quiet serene place. Host was most accommodating, supplying everything i asked for. He responds promptly. Recommended an excellent tire repair shop when i needed one.”

“This property is amazing. Beautifully decorated. Very modern clean touches through tout. Comfortable king size bed, lots of closet space, and a big space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed to prepare meals but too many good restaurants nearby. We loved being able to walk to downtown. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mountain Lure in May, 2024. The owners were constantly in touch before and during our stay ensuring that we were completely satisfied with our time at their rental home. The house was immaculate, well provisioned, and comfortable. The views from the bedrooms and the backyard balcony were incredible. “Spacious & beautifully updated cottage that was super clean. Our dogs LOVED the wrap around porch & we had peace of mind being able to relax & hang out outside without them wandering off. The host is really easy to communicate with & responds quickly to messages. This was a great place!”

“The house is amazing. The view is beautiful. We spent most of our time relaxing, but there are plenty of things to do. The playroom was such an amazing plus and the game room is really nice. The bedrooms are great. We found the Palmetto State Trail and had a nice hike. The house is close enough to the beautiful town of Hendersonville. We took a day trip to Biltmore. The town of Saluda is a great little mountain town to spend some time in. Highly recommend Greenriver BBQ.”

“What a great spot to relax and enjoy yourself and your family. When I say everyone had a great stay I mean everyone. Even my sometimes complaint filled teens! Also the folks from 5starstays are so helpful. I reached out when I couldn't figure something out shortly after arriving and they took care of it so fast I couldn’t believe it. Highly recommend a stay here for a big family. They put 5 stars in the company name for a reason.”

“We love Rumbling Bald and always stay in the Apple Valley Villas when we are there to golf since they are the most affordable option that includes resort amenities. This one was a newer listing and we thought we’d take a chance on it since the rate was good. Pros: Location is probably the best of all the villas (#4). Cleanest one we’ve stayed in as well! “Stayed for a long weekend full of wedding festivities in Travelers Rest/Paris Mtn area. Short drive to all the venues. Short drive to Greenville for exploring the river walk, and was super convenient to get to Asheville for a quick lunch on the way home. Beds were soooo cozy! All the linens were soft and no shortage of pillows. Home was set up perfectly for family time. Kitchen had all the necessities and was apacious for cooking and conversation with people gathering in adjacent living room!...

“Our stay was great! It was wonderful having access to all the amenities at rumbling bald. Sheila was an amazing communicator and her neighbors were so very helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioning went down when we were there, but they were on top of it! It was Sunday of memorial day weekend and they found someone to come out and fix it right away. It didn’t disrupt our stay at all cause we were out and about enjoying the area. Thank you for your hospitality and I would recommend this place...

“Very clean, cute and cozy. Easy check-in and checkout. Easy to access any information needed. Mountain road getting to the cabin has multiple switch backs so take your time. Enjoyed having close access to the lake as well as the kayaks. Hot tub is lovely on the back deck. Only small annoyance was there was construction going on next door, some of the trucks going by sounded like tanks. Otherwise, wonderful place….would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.”

“This is the third time we've stayed at this charming cabin with our dog. The location is great, a walk to Chimney Rock and a short drive to Asheville. The stone steps would not be good for someone unsure of their footing. The cabin is well laid out so it feels roomy and always spotlessly clean. There are two ample screened porches, front and back, so pup has a lot of room to roam around. Definitely recommend.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this whimsical little getaway! It was very cute and well stocked. Our kids really loved the little rock slide in the creek, the hot tub, and the place had great toys and books out for our use. Chimney Rock and Lake Lure are less than 15 minutes away! Our only complaint was it wasn’t quite as clean as we’d hoped. There was evidence that the shams in the master were not cleaned before our arrival and some of the kitchen items were a little dirty (there is no dishwasher...
