“The views are beautiful. The employees are all amazing. The food was excellent. The dueling piano players were no bueno. The bathroom was tiny. The toilet tub and sink are crammed together. The shower had two body washes and conditioner. No shampoo. The pool was small and packed. Day use at the spa is the way to go but pricey. They limit capacity which is nice and necessary.”

“Love this property. Have stayed here many times. Great location, style and personality (scent!), lobby, staff, valet guys are awesome!, Bars are great, coffee shop is great, gym is only okay….views of the parking lot aren’t great—which is what suites have so not ideal….views out the front onto the street are better but can be loud. Breakfast basket is such a nice touch! Love this hotel!”

“The house was nice enough. That wasn't the problem. The ad was misleading. We were 1.5 miles from the indoor and outdoor pools. There were no walking paths or sidewalks to the pool. The lake was not Lake Lure and we were also over a mile from it as well. The amenities were charged per person and we were charged for 3 full days even though we arrived after pool closing and had to check out by 10 on Monday. Pretty disappointed overall. Won't stay there again.”
