“Hotel was nice and staff was wonderful, but I specifically got this hotel for the airport shuttle since I had an infant with me, and they told me after my shuttle was supposed to arrive that it would not be coming. This was at 5am, so I was stranded there without a way to get to the airport since I had no car seat. I ended up missing my flight. ”

“Very clean and well maintained. The room I was in was also very quiet. Staff were professional and you got ok breakfast in the morning. ”

“ The entry door looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The room was not very clean. The floors were dirty, especially the bathroom. Curtains wouldn't close completely so we had to deal with a bright sign shining in all night. Luckily we only had to stay one night.”

“The breakfast was nice and fresh. Even though I booked it a half hour before I got there, there were chocolates with a welcome personalized note on the bed for us and in the morning a thank you note. They definitely went the extra mile. Clean very cute. Would 100% recommend anybody?”

“I visited in the off season, but the hotel is lovely. If you're used to staying in the cookie cutter hotels that all look the same, this hotel will surprise you. It's all furnished with antiques. There's so much charm and personality here. It's delightful! Don't hesitate to come here thinking the hurricane has everything closed. Lake Lure is very near "full pool" now. The town is open for business and could use your support. The staff helped me out with tips on local events and attractions. Go...

“Pros: The property itself was modern/renovated. The room was nice as well. Bathroom was large! The front desk staff were accommodating. There is a Peloton bike in the workout room, and they weren’t sure how guests could access it, so they asked the manager who gave me an account to use. Breakfast was pretty standard. Parking is easy! Cons: The water pressure in the bathroom was terrible across the board: sink, toilet, shower. It was difficult to wash my face in the sink, and difficult to wash...

“We’ve stayed here a few times. Great place to stay if you want to be away from the crowds of Asheville. Staff is excellent, the place is clean, they have continental breakfast, and a nice lounge area.”
