“Great breakfast”

“This was a great place!”

“The sink was slow draining. The shower was too hot and when you tried to adjust it by turning it towards the cold, the water just trickled out and it was still too hot! The floor was so dirty my feet were black and had to be washed from walking across it. The staff was nice. The breakfast was fine: waffles, frozen Jimmy Dean egg sausage, cheese croissants, cereal, toast, bagels. ”

“Check in was great after being on the road for 15 hrs with too dogs. Room was very clean well maintained kinda small but nice. Bed was comfortable but loud when you moved around. Asheville is dog city USA. Holding that name and being a dog friendly hotel they should have a small dog area or going to restroom or hanging out there wasn’t anything like this. over all 4 out of 5 would stay again for sure price was right”

“The hotel was nothing fancy but was very comfortable and clean. Great location. Easy to get in and out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No pool due to hurricane Helene but they had a nice fire pit and seating area. The breakfast was just packaged muffins, juice and coffee. All in all, very satisfied and would definitely go back.”

“Su and Mike were wonderful innkeepers/hosts! The Terrell House was perfectly clean, the bed very comfortable, linens crisp white and clean. We had a delightful continental breakfast in the dining room. We would definitely recommend this B&B and come back again!”

“I feel bad giving the hotel three stars because there’s not much they can do about the reasoning. The hotel was super solid. We had a great stay with no issues regarding the hotel itself. However, we did not feel very safe in the area the hotel is located. There is a large number of homeless individuals who will come up to you in the hotel parking lot asking for things and yelling profanities. There was even a few times a man would be going through the trash right in front of the hotel entrance...
