“Clean room and great AC. Disappointing breakfast. It was almost all gone when we checked and it was before 9 am. I think they did refills muffins etc eventually as we were checking out. Loud at times because all rooms have floors not carpet so people in room above were loud as they were up early walking. Ask for room on top floor if possible. All in all a good safe place to stay!”

“It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left...

“My stay was great. Staff was awesome, pleasant and polite. My only suggestion would be a little more variety in breakfast items. Different muffins, donuts, pancakes, greek yogurt. The breakfast was good and plenty of it just a little boring.”

“There were stains on the sheets. They had been clearly washed but were dingy and had some staining. The carpet also felt like they were crumbs or dirt on it.”

“Hilton didn’t spend much on this new Spark. It was extremely ‘minimalistic’, no drawers, no towel bars, we had no lotion in our room. It looked like there was a ‘bracket’ for it next to the soap, the toilet paper was VERY thin & we had 3 tissues in our tissue box. The bed was comfortable & linens were nice. The Staff were OK”

“The place is beautiful and tucked into the woods. I recommend taking a screenshot of the instructions while you have cell service since it cuts in and out when you're that deep in the hills. You have wifi in the room which is great. Loved the property! There's a community kitchen in the lodge for all your cooking needs.”

“This is a perfect stay for just a few nights. Simple breakfast with options, and necessities for purchase if you forget something. Staff was average, and rooms are quite small, with no water pressure. Our room was noticeably damp, and smelled like a wet dog. We would stay again if their one suite was available, and we would limit the stay to 2 nights.”
