Hotel a Marshall

“This is a truly unique hotel. It was beautifully, renovated, spacious, super clean, and very convenient for exploring Marshall. The restaurant was good, and it was very relaxing sitting on the deck and listening to the river. The unit was nicely equipped. The only difficulty we had was getting a hold of anyone for questions when we arrived. The phone number in the binder did not answer our call nor reply to text message. I did see a very helpful employee cleaning the next day who answered...

“The rooms were very clean. The kitchen was nice and the full-size fridge not too noisy. Parking was easy, although the driving directions are just odd. Breakfast was fine. There was an issue with extremely noisy neighbors that was addressed by the staff and then resolved by their relocating me. Onsite laundry was not cheap, but what is these days? All told, a fine place to stay and a good value.”

“What a great find on Expedia! This Best Western checked all the boxes - clean, comfortable, affordable, friendly and location. “They were in flood zone when Hellen happened. Unfortunately room had a very strong smell, it bathroom I’ve seen the mold. Bedding and towels were clean but in general it wasn't pleasant feeling because of that strong smell”
