“Spotless”

“IThe staff were kind and helpful. They made sure i had aan airport shuttle arranged. had to move the ciffee pot to tge bath area to plug ut in. It was unplugged and there was no way i could climb under the desk to plug it in. The toilet appeared to had not been cleaned. No trash cans. Breakfast selections had not been replenished . I was leaving when fresh sandwichs, etc were brought out. ”

“Great Location. Friendly staff. Bar tender noticed an issue with a guy and ask him to leave.”

“the heater was broken and the technician's attitude was pretty rude talking to us. we ended up moving our room to next door so we lost over 1 hour to take a break before dinner. I wish they have some breakfast service. The view was fantastic and overall I am satisfied. The staffs are all fabulous.”
