“We had a great stay ! Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Great location to all places we visited - Hatley Pointe, Appalachian hiking trails, Biltmore Estate. The best part about the hotel was the staff. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast area was extremely kind. Very happy with our stay. ”

“I am waiting for a refund. I was there for minutes before I left and booked another room somewhere else. The room was very stinky, there was random something dripping on the wall, the door was filthy, the mattress cover was stained, the lamp was stained and there was a big bug just chilling on the wall. The staff was nice but I could not stay there! It was gross!”

“When we checked in the room,I ordered a king suite.I was told that all the king suites were occupied and that my king suite was under maintenance (had been for over (the room had been in maintenance at least 3).O was told they called Expedia and Expedia was supposed to notify me.I cant find a notification. The front desk told me I was getting a king studio and a$15 discount for each day we stayed. I was clear this offer was not acceptable. We get to the studio and the room is horrible. I asked...

“The Grove Park Inn used to be a five star property. It’s a 3 at best today. We went to the GPI to celebrate my son’s birthday. Just to hit the high notes, the service from the staff was terrible. They obviously have very little training in hospitality. Absolutely no enthusiasm by the person in the Cafe, the Concierge, or the wait staff. Additionally, the Edison restaurant was a big disappointment. Our waiter rushed us through our dinner, even though there were very few guests in the restaurant....
