"We enjoyed our stay, were pleasantly surprised the hotel looked brand new! Our room was great, location and amenities were ok. "Was not pleased we couldn’t check into our room until 4:25. Check in time is 3. This made us 15 minutes late for receiving of friends for our loved one. We were immediate family. Very poor service trying to get a room ready for us. Was told they were full and no clean rooms. For 1 hour and 25 minutes??? ..."
