Welcome to our charming home in Landrum, where comfort, style, and convenience blend seamlessly. This lovely "Magnolia Full House" greets you with a highly comfortable, yet stylish open-concept design living area on both levels, accentuated by elegant decor that complements the fantastic location near downtown Landrum and conveniently close to the Tryon International Equestrian Center.

Our home is designed and available for rent as two separate spaces; upstairs with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and the downstairs with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. There is no staircase between the two levels inside the home, so there is lots of space for gathering, plus great privacy for escape or rest when desired!

In the inviting dining areas, both with fully equipped kitchens, you'll prepare
and enjoy delicious meals before relaxing in the living room, setting the stage
for memorable evenings. Large windows and French patio doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space, highlighting the tastefully picked
furniture, and enhancing the pleasant ambiance.

The home's heartbeat is its open-concept design living areas, which successfully combine the relaxing living room with an inviting dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Together with the hardwood floors and tasteful decor, they create a feeling of warmth and coziness, perfect for unwinding after an
unforgettable day of sightseeing or nature exploration. The same ambiance can be enjoyed in the entertainment area, offering another great space for
relaxation. The home also features dedicated workspaces, both upstairs and
down, where you can set up your laptop and attend business during your stay.
