“Great place!”

“We stayed there 4 nights but there was never a time the house keeping came to clean our room or provided us any towels exchange or refilled any supplies. The pools were dirty and cold. We liked the ocean view from our balcony but the late night noises and stomps from the room upstairs were too loud that made it difficult for us to sleep.”

“What a incredible hotel. Rooms were clean, bed pretty comfortable. Check in had very long line, few check in agents, and did take awhile, but was worth it. The amenities were so much fun for the family. We loved the lazy river and hot tubs. Only suggestion is pool towels maybe checked out in tower 2, easier for all towers. Loved the Starbucks and restaurant. And the beach is right there at your doorstep. I will definitely be back !!!”

“The room did not look the same as the one I booked, it was dirty, Hazzard concerns for families with kids, the open air hallways could blow a kid away of how strong the wind was. The odor was so bad and unit was so dirty, we ended up not staying there.”

“The general facilities were good. Beautiful beach. The pools were very nice, but the rooms were extremely dirty—they didn't clean them properly, didn't leave enough soap or shampoo (or anything else), and didn't provide pool towels. “The resort is beautiful! I loved being right on the beach, and all the pools being heated was a huge plus. Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely frustrating, especially considering the cost of the stay. Early check-in isn’t allowed before 4 PM, and even after arriving early and waiting for hours, our two-bedroom villa still wasn’t ready. That really took away from the day.”

“Room 506-poorly stocked- had to request a frying pan and garbage can. Room had very little to use for cooking meals for our family. Carpet is really worn and old. Couch and arm chairs were recently updated but all other furniture was old and battered. Beds were comfortable and clean. We would not stay here again. ”

“BEWARE !!!!! Pictures on hotel sites are not anything like the property looks. 1. Rooms are small 2. Beds are not comfortable 3. Microwave was not clean 4. Floor in bathroom and kitchen was so dirty. Do not walk around room without shoes. 5. Pool was dirty and very small 6. You heard every sound from every room, outside included. Walkway is very small and each room has chairs outside so if someone was sitting they had to get up for you to walk by. 7. Lots of construction in area. 8....

“This was my first time staying at this resort. The ladies at the desk were amazing- check-in was fast, courteous, and informative. The door was difficult to close and required a little more effort than usual. The room was great- lightening, spacious, and very clean. We had a ocean view overlooking the pool. Overall, it was a great first stay...hopefully, the next stay is even better. ”

“The staff was great. Our room was dated and had cockroaches in the bathroom. They did move us but hard to forget. Restaurant and pool are very nice. Great to be so close to the beach and the Tiki Hut was fun with great music.”
