Hotel a Simpsonville

“This was a terrible place to stay: we’d already paid for our stay and would have left if able. It took 4 days to get our sink to drain. The shower water pressure was very weak and it did not get repaired until day 4 of our stay. Found someone’s socks on a chair. Pool in disrepair and could not be used. Good coffee and breakfast. Staff was pleasant but unable to get fix-it staff to help with bathroom repairs. Do not recommend this hotel!!”

“We checked in around midnight and none of our TVs worked. The night manager couldn’t get them to work. So it was the next afternoon before any of our TVs worked. Disappointing after driving 6 hours to discover no TV.”

“Was assigned a room and when I opened the door there were clothes and boots on the bed. When I went to the front desk I was finally assigned a bottom floor which I requested to start with. Also found I was given a non upgraded room when I paid for an upgraded room. When I asked to receive a refund for the difference I was told no. I will not be staying here again.”

“It was about what you’d expect at this price point. The place clean, front desk was fine, minimal amenities. Breakfast is a little bit of a letdown.”

“The rooms were very dated. Like you had to insert the card in the door instead of just swiping. The French doors in the bathroom did not close all the way so there was no privacy while in the bathroom. The carpet in the room needs replacing or removed. There was just an old carpet smell in the room. The towels in the bathroom had hair on them like maybe the cleaning staff didn’t have their hair tied up.”

“The staff were okay, rather detached. The room had torn curtains that looked very shabby, otherwise ok, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were another not great story. The eggs and sausage were cold both days, so was the "hot" water for oatmeal/tea/etc. Not a great way to start your day.”

“I always stay here when I visit relatives in Greenville. The Choice chain is dependable and this motel lives up to my expectations.”
