My reservation was not accepted when I got there. They had the reservation but couldn't honor it because, I was told, that they didn't have enough staff to get all the rooms cleaned. “This place was probably the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life. First of all my check in was at 3. I got there at 2:45 and they said my room wouldn't probably be done until after 4 which ruined my work route and plans for morgan wallen concert entry time. They wouldn't even allow me to use a public rest room so I had to go offsite to use one even though I should have been able to use my own at 3. The place was disgusting. I have pictures. You get what you pay for.”
