“Bedding was dirty, holes in wall, shower was not clean.”

“The cottage was clean, staff was so friendly, our stay was quiet and peaceful… it was perfect! Definitely planning to stay there again!”

“This is the worst experience I’ve ever encountered in all my travels. Upon our arrival we found no one at the front desk and a gate pulled down to cover the window. There was a sign on the counter that read, “For after-hours check-in assistance, simply dial 500 from the lobby phone. A team member will be with you shortly.” Another sign stated Front Desk 24 hrs 7 days a week. That was quite simply a lie. After multiple attempts calling the number, there was no answer and no one ever came....

“To old need update”

“This property met most of our needs. The air conditioner runs well, the rooms look very updated and clean, and the bed was comfortable. You can tell it’s an older place that’s been re-vamped. The breakfast, however, fell very short. We chose to stay here due to the included breakfast. That was a mistake. The offerings were pathetic and the area wasn’t clean. We didn’t even end up having breakfast due to the state of things. I would not stay here again. ”

“The property is curated to perfection. The gardens, the living areas, everything. The host, Angela, is so nice, friendly and kind. The room was decorated nicely. The phone chargers, the sound machine! Love! The breakfast was amazing. I needed a reset and this gave it to me. ”

“The property had been remodeled recently, it looked very nice. The only negative that stood out was the 2 dirty welcome mats with small clumps of dirt on them and overflowing trash can just outside the main entrance.”

“The hotel had been upgraded since I last stayed there. Great improvements. Staff was great. There were a few housekeeping issues that they remedied as they were able. Overall a good stay- comfortable bed- good coffee!”

“Looks are deceiving. Pool wasn’t operational. Beds are hard/furniture was old and dirty. Staff wasn’t very friendly. ”

“New hotel that is an extended stay limited amenities given you have a kitchen there are no supplies is plates cups utensils in the room beds are not comfortable though hotels new do it was clean all doors are locked even main entrance during the day have to be buzzed in upon arrival and provide sign a lot of paperwork website charges and check in times are incorrect ”

“Room smelled like pot when I walked in carpet was dirty and the floor had black hair on it paint was peeling off the bathtub ”

“The air conditioning was effective, the pantry had a good variety of snack food. The pool area was closed and I did not go there for long and really can't give an authentic review of pool. Hotel was clean, a few improvements need to be made and a little more breakfast items would be nice. For a budget minded person, the hotel was comfortable, clean and affordable. ”

“I was disappointed with the breakfast options which were exactly the same both mornings made it feel repetitive and lacking of variety. On top of that,gues weren't allowed to take breakfast back to their rooms.”

“Traveling with my interabled family, and the breakfast was wonderful and a sweet staff member spoke to us and helped us with breakfast. Very, very good experience!”
