Hotel a Northlake

“The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, but the room was not particularly clean and in need of updates. The beds and pillows weren't the most comfortable, but it was convenient to the stadium. The breakfast was only some fruit, granola bars and honey buns(not that we were expecting a whole lot more then that, just wanted to note it). The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor everytime you took a shower either from having an ill fitting shower curtain or maybe needing an actual...

“Paid for early check in room was not ready. Did give us a key so when we came back from concert we could go straight to the room. Got into room fridge and hair dryer didn’t work. It was ok for one night.”

“The room was pretty clean. Fairly quiet. Was only there for two nights and didn't spend a whole lot of time around the property, but the staff was helpful.”

“I want to give them a 10 out of 10 but the neighbors were so noisy! The neighbors stayed up partying until around midnight Saturday and Sunday. They were outside with loud music and screaming at each other. The house is the cutest place! The hosts were magnificent- we didn’t have hot water and it was fixed within the hour. I’d recommend it but just be aware if it’s a holiday weekend - the neighbors are very loud. ”

“You could tell that they have tried to update the property but still needs a lot of work! For me it was the smoking rooms, even though ours was non-smoking you could smell the next room over smoking through the joining door, which I was very unhappy with!!”

“The cottage was clean, staff was so friendly, our stay was quiet and peaceful… it was perfect! Definitely planning to stay there again!”

“Room was overall clean, beds were comfortable and hotel was in a safe location. The complaints: expensive for what all was lacking in the room. The shower water temp indicators were backwards; the cold water indicator was actually hot water and vice versa. All of the fixtures in the room were rusty. The free breakfast buffet was not great but I guess I can’t complain for it being free. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for one night but they need to lower their price.”
