“Get your key system fixed. We were locked out of our room the morning of check out. This is the second time this has happened in our last two stays. The door key had to be reset both times. This is just unbelievable now of days with the advancement in technology. ”

“Very pleased for the price. Good location. Walked less than a mile in both directions down Augusta to the west End and the waterfall park one way, and to restaurants and Ingles in the other direction. Breakfast should have had more options.”

“Not a pleasant stay. Musty hallway & room. Zero housekeeping & stayed from Friday to Tuesday. Air conditioner was glitchy. Staff was minimally friendly. Needs updating badly. ”

“The place is nice enough and since it’s really the only thing that works for me when I want to do a couple night stay in Mauldin, I’ll continue to stay there. The 2 things that really bug me is that they don’t tell you (or remind me in my case) that you have to ask for housekeeping. So you go up to your room then have to go back down for coffee, cups, bar soap, towels, etc. And the water/snacks they have are absolutely outrageously expensive with absolutely no prices listed anywhere so when you...

“rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The Inn is located at a town center however we arrived late (8pm) and there is no restaurant at the actual Inn. There are only 3 dining places in the town center -1 was closed, 1 is fancy, the other is a beer hall- so there are very limited food options in the immediate area. All stores close around 6pm. The breakfast place next door is excellent, we enjoyed our meal the next morning. ”
