“Clean room”

“ I review the hotel upon every visit hoping that the owner will invest and renovate this property. It is a great location and he community is growing. The furnishings are at least 20 years old! There aren't charging stations or options for entertainment on the TV. I couldn't stream the channels that I have because the TV setup is so old. The breakfast is blah now, not very many options, and the service- simple things like making the bed is unheard of. The manager gives a lot of double speak...

“Breakfast was good Bathroom could be upgraded a little.Bed was comfortable the pillows could have been better. They really need to put coffee makers in the room. That was a big downfall for me”

“My air conditioning in my room was EXTREMELY loud. As in, there was something clearly wrong with it. ”

“Convenient location, room was sort of clean, used toilet paper roll and a makeup towel with lipstick stains was left in our room but no smell to the room, kind of had a sewage smell outside but it wasn’t too bad, they have free breakfast but the eggs smelled bad so we went across the street for McDonald’s. Can hear everything outside of your room we could hear people walking up and down the stairs and walking by our room even with the door shut.Pool is not heated so wasn’t accessible yet....

“Our room was clean and had all amenities we needed. The A/C in the room was on when we arrived I turned it to a lower temp that we were comfortable with. When I was finished with my shower the room was at the lower temperature. The staff that we came in touch with were amazing. Kind and friendly and always willing to help in any way.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the back side next to the highway and it very noisy. I asked for another room and they were very understanding and change my room. I would recommend this hotel but ask not to be put in a room next to the highway. ”

“Hotel was nice and staff were great. The hotel is dated and in need of renovation. The furniture in the room was scratched and peeling and there was mold in the corners of the bathroom walls.”

“We stayed two nights. When returning to our room the second night we found the room wasn't cleaned and the cleaning crew had left gor the day. The manager was very concerned abd treated us fairly.”

“First room I could not lock the door. Second room I had to place a towel to fill in space between the door and the floor. The pictures was not what the room was however the bed was comfortable. I feel that because we booked through Expedia we were given the poorest room available. This place was a 2.5 at best. ”

“Our stay was great except check in was at 3pm but our rooms weren't avaliable so we had to wait over an hour in the parking lot. Parking was another issue due to dump truck and box trucks taking up numerous spaces. Also, we paid for King size suites but our beds were only queen size. Cookware was dirty but we cleaned it before and after use. Overall, I would recommend. ”
