“On an overnight stay. Room was very clean and quiet with fresh towels, comfortable bed and good climate control. Microwave, coffee machine, small frig and iron/board provided. Parking was free and staff was courteous at both check-in and check-out. Did not partake of breakfast but it all looked good. Highly recommended.”

“Tipico Hotel Hyatt, confortevole, pulito e tenuto bene. Una perla in questa città che è un po' "spettrale", nei dintorni vi sono molti negozi ed attività chiuse, ma credo che sia un polo in ricrescita che cerca nuovi investitori. Ottima colazione, una delle migliori trovate nella vacanza, con frutta fresca. Anche se passa la ferrovia, l'interno della camera è abbastanza silenzioso. L'hotel offre gratuitamente un parcheggio chiuso con sbarra vicino alla polizia, un bene dato l'aspetto poco...

“The refrigerator was dirty and didn’t work, bugs on the floor in the bathroom and the room smelled like mildew and musk. The door didn’t close on the bathroom and the lock was broken.”

“We loved the Hotel Florence! It was our 1st visit to Florence..everyone we met were very nice. Loved the Cru Wine & Tap located in Hotel. Also ate at Victor's in the hotel it was delicious. Walkable to other shops, restaurants & bars.”

“Breakfast was very late - left & got breakfast at another business. No hair dryer & no Bible in the room. No coffee pot. Won’t be returning.”

“Before I go into the nasty, the manager at the desk went over and beyond to ensure our happiness. With that said, once in our room the floor was not clean, bodily hair in the shower, and no soap or shampoo. We were moved to a new room which was in much better shape than the previous. I do not think we will stay at this location again.”

“This place was absolutely disgusting, we walked in and there were roaches on the bed, room was dirty, sheets looked unwashed. Needless to say we got our money refunded and left.”
